Confidentiality Policy

SSJ Publications is committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality throughout the editorial and peer-review process. All manuscripts submitted to our journals are treated as confidential documents and are accessible only to individuals directly involved in the editorial evaluation, peer review, production, and publication processes.

Editors, editorial staff, reviewers, and publishing partners must not disclose, discuss, copy, or use any unpublished manuscript, associated data, or correspondence for personal, academic, or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the author(s). Manuscript content, reviewer identities (where applicable), editorial decisions, and confidential communications are protected and handled with strict confidentiality.

Reviewers are required to maintain the confidentiality of all materials received for review and must securely dispose of manuscript files after completing the review. Any potential conflict of interest or unauthorized use of confidential information must be promptly disclosed to the editorial office.

SSJ Publications employs appropriate administrative and technical measures to protect submitted manuscripts and personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse. Confidential information may be disclosed only when required by law, legal proceedings, or recognized publication ethics investigations.

All editorial activities are conducted in accordance with internationally accepted publishing ethics and best practices to ensure fairness, integrity, transparency, and the protection of authors' intellectual property throughout the publication process.
