Copyright Policy

At SSJ Publications, authors retain the copyright to their published work while granting the publisher a non-exclusive License to Publish. This approach enables authors to preserve ownership of their intellectual property while allowing SSJ Publications to publish, archive, index, and disseminate the article in print and electronic formats.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that submitted manuscripts are original, have not been published elsewhere, and do not infringe upon the copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party. Where copyrighted material is reproduced, authors must obtain written permission from the original copyright holder before submission and provide appropriate acknowledgements.

Upon acceptance, the corresponding author must complete and sign the official License to Publish Agreement on behalf of all co-authors. This confirms that all authors approve the final manuscript and authorize publication.

Unless otherwise stated, articles published by SSJ Publications are distributed under the journal's selected open-access license, permitting lawful use, sharing, and citation in accordance with the applicable license terms. Proper attribution to the original authors and source is required for any reuse.

SSJ Publications is committed to protecting authors' intellectual property rights and maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics. Any copyright infringement, plagiarism, unauthorized reproduction, or misuse of published content will be addressed in accordance with international publishing ethics, copyright regulations, and the journal's editorial policies.
