This policy aligns with the recommendations of COPE, ICMJE, and internationally recognized publishing standards followed by leading indexing databases such as Scopus and Web of Science.

Authors may use AI tools for language editing, grammar improvement, formatting, coding assistance, or data visualization. However, AI must not replace the authors' original intellectual contribution or scientific judgment. Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity, and authenticity of all submitted content.

If AI tools are used during manuscript preparation, authors must disclose the name of the tool and its purpose in the manuscript. AI systems cannot be listed as authors or co-authors because they cannot accept responsibility or accountability for published work.

The use of AI to fabricate, manipulate, or falsify data, images, references, peer review reports, or research findings is strictly prohibited and may result in manuscript rejection or retraction.

Editors and reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and should not upload confidential content to public AI platforms. Editorial decisions and peer review must always rely on independent human judgment.

SSJ Publications reserves the right to investigate undisclosed or unethical AI use and to take appropriate editorial action in accordance with its publication ethics policies.
