Publication Ethics & Malpractice Statement

SSJ Publications is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics, research integrity, and transparency. We follow internationally recognized publishing best practices and the ethical principles recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and other established scholarly publishing guidelines.

All manuscripts submitted to SSJ Publications undergo editorial screening and an independent peer-review process. Editorial decisions are based solely on the originality, scientific quality, significance, and relevance of the manuscript, without discrimination of any kind.

Authors are responsible for submitting original work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere. Proper citation of all sources is mandatory, and all listed authors must have made substantial contributions to the research. Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest, funding sources, and obtain appropriate ethical approvals for research involving humans or animals where applicable.

Editors and reviewers are expected to maintain confidentiality, avoid conflicts of interest, and conduct objective, fair, and timely evaluations. Confidential information obtained during the review process must not be used for personal benefit.

SSJ Publications has zero tolerance for publication malpractice, including plagiarism, data fabrication or falsification, duplicate publication, citation manipulation, authorship misconduct, and unethical research practices. All submissions may be screened using plagiarism detection software. Proven cases of misconduct may result in manuscript rejection, publication correction, article retraction, or other appropriate editorial actions.

By adhering to these ethical standards, SSJ Publications is dedicated to preserving the integrity of the scholarly record and promoting responsible, transparent, and high-quality academic publishing.
