Article Processing Charges (APC) Policy

SSJ Publications is committed to maintaining high standards of scholarly publishing through a transparent and ethical Article Processing Charges (APC) policy. APCs are collected only after a manuscript has successfully completed peer review and received formal acceptance for publication. Payment of APCs does not influence editorial decisions, which are based solely on scientific quality, originality, ethical compliance, and the recommendations of independent reviewers.

The APC supports editorial management, double-blind peer review administration, plagiarism screening, professional copyediting, typesetting, DOI registration, online publication, long-term digital archiving, website maintenance, and indexing services. Authors are informed of the applicable APC before payment, and no hidden fees are charged.

SSJ Publications may offer APC discounts or waivers for authors from low-income countries, invited papers, special issues, conference collaborations, or other approved categories. Such decisions are made transparently and without affecting the editorial evaluation process.

Authors are encouraged to review the journal's APC schedule and applicable policies before manuscript submission. APC payments are generally non-refundable once editorial production has commenced, except where otherwise specified in the journal's Refund or Withdrawal Policy.

By submitting a manuscript, authors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the APC Policy of SSJ Publications. This policy reflects our commitment to transparency, publishing integrity, and internationally recognized best practices in scholarly communication.
