SSJ Publications is committed to maintaining the integrity, transparency, and reliability of the scholarly record in accordance with internationally recognized publishing ethics and best editorial practices.

Authors may request withdrawal of a manuscript before peer review without penalty by submitting a written request from the corresponding author.

If a manuscript is withdrawn during or after peer review, or after editorial processing has commenced, an Article Withdrawal Charge may apply in accordance with the SSJ Publications Withdrawal Policy. This charge covers editorial assessment, peer review coordination, plagiarism screening, and administrative processing already completed.

Once a manuscript has been accepted, assigned a DOI, published online, or included in an issue, withdrawal is generally not permitted. In exceptional cases involving proven ethical concerns, significant errors, or legal requirements, the journal may consider a correction, retraction, or removal following an editorial investigation and applicable publishing ethics standards.

Withdrawal requests must be submitted by the corresponding author with the written consent of all co-authors, clearly stating the reason for the request. Requests made without the agreement of all authors may not be processed.

SSJ Publications reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where there is evidence of publication misconduct, duplicate submission, or attempts to manipulate the editorial process.

By submitting a manuscript, authors acknowledge and agree to this Article Withdrawal Policy and the applicable publication terms of SSJ Publications.
