SSJ Publications is committed to the long-term preservation, accessibility, and integrity of all published scholarly content. We recognize the importance of maintaining a permanent scholarly record and implement appropriate measures to ensure that published articles remain accessible to researchers, institutions, and the global academic community.

All published articles, along with their associated metadata, are securely stored on publisher-managed servers and protected through regular system maintenance, routine backups, and secure storage infrastructure. Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs), where assigned, provide persistent access to published content.

To support long-term preservation, SSJ Publications is implementing internationally recognized digital preservation solutions such as LOCKSS, CLOCKSS, PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), or Portico, where applicable. These services preserve multiple secure copies of published content to ensure continued accessibility in the event of technical failures or other unforeseen circumstances.

Authors may archive their published articles in institutional or subject repositories, personal websites, or other non-commercial repositories in accordance with the journal's Copyright and Open Access Policy, provided that the original publication and DOI are properly cited.

SSJ Publications is committed to preserving the integrity of the scholarly record. Any corrections, retractions, or updates to published articles will be managed transparently in accordance with the journal's editorial and publication ethics policies.

This policy is reviewed periodically to ensure compliance with international publishing standards and best practices in digital preservation.
