Research Integrity Policy

SSJ Publications is committed to maintaining the highest standards of research integrity, publication ethics, transparency, and academic accountability in all stages of the publication process. We follow internationally recognized best practices, including the principles recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), and align our editorial policies with the expectations of Scopus and Web of Science (WoS).

All submitted manuscripts must represent original, honest, and ethically conducted research. Authors are expected to ensure that their work is free from plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, image manipulation, duplicate publication, and inappropriate authorship practices. Proper acknowledgment of all sources, funding agencies, and contributors is mandatory.

SSJ Publications operates a rigorous peer-review process to evaluate the quality, validity, and integrity of submitted research. Editors, reviewers, and editorial board members are required to maintain confidentiality, declare any conflicts of interest, and make decisions based solely on academic merit.

Any allegations of research misconduct, including plagiarism, citation manipulation, unethical experimentation, or authorship disputes, will be investigated thoroughly. If misconduct is confirmed, appropriate actions may include manuscript rejection, publication correction, retraction, notification to affiliated institutions, and restriction of future submissions.

By submitting a manuscript to SSJ Publications, authors confirm that their work complies with ethical research standards and that all co-authors have approved the submission and publication of the manuscript.
