SSJ Publications is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical publishing. All authors, editors, reviewers, and editorial board members must disclose any financial, professional, institutional, or personal relationships that could influence, or appear to influence, the objectivity of the research or editorial decision-making process.

Authors are required to include a Conflict of Interest statement at the time of manuscript submission. If no competing interests exist, authors should state: “The authors declare that they have no conflict of interest.” All funding sources and their roles in the research must also be clearly disclosed.

Editors and reviewers must recuse themselves from handling manuscripts where a conflict of interest may compromise impartiality, including relationships involving authors, institutions, collaborators, competitors, or financial interests. Editorial decisions are made solely on the basis of scientific merit, originality, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal's scope.

Any undisclosed conflict identified before or after publication may result in editorial actions, including manuscript rejection, publication of a correction, expression of concern, or article retraction, in accordance with internationally accepted publication ethics guidelines.

By submitting or evaluating a manuscript, all contributors agree to comply with this Conflict of Interest Policy and uphold the principles of responsible and ethical scholarly publishing.
