SSJ Publications is committed to maintaining the integrity, transparency, and reliability of the scholarly record. Retractions are issued only when clear evidence demonstrates that a published article contains significant errors, unreliable findings, plagiarism, duplicate publication, unethical research practices, authorship disputes affecting the validity of the work, data fabrication or falsification, or other forms of publication misconduct.

Retraction requests may be initiated by authors, editors, reviewers, institutions, or third parties. Every request is assessed through a fair, confidential, and evidence-based investigation in accordance with internationally accepted publishing ethics and editorial best practices. Authors will be given an opportunity to respond before a final decision is made.

If retraction is warranted, the original article will remain accessible to preserve the scholarly record but will be clearly identified as "Retracted" on every page, together with a linked retraction notice explaining the reason for the action. Retraction notices will be freely available, permanently linked to the original article, and indexed accordingly. Corrections or expressions of concern may be issued when a full retraction is not justified.

SSJ Publications does not retract articles solely because of authorship disagreements, changes in interpretation, or commercial considerations unless the integrity or reliability of the published work is compromised. All retraction decisions are made independently by the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Office, following ethical publishing standards to ensure accountability, transparency, and trust in scholarly communication.
